The Book Of Ruth @ Christ Church - 16 Townline Rd. - Wolcott CT at 7pm. Join us for a journey into the Book of Ruth. One of only two books of the Bible to be named after women (the other is Esther). Even though it’s small, this remarkable book contains many principles with profoundly impact to our lives today.
CHRIST CHURCH is an engaging worship center, encouraging participation in every area of ministry!
The body of Christ is not one member, but many. Our mission is to equip every member with the tools of effective ministry and that not one talent be wasted. We desire to see everyone fulfill their calling and destiny, which God has blessed them with to further His kingdom, not ours. We engage in hands on ministry such as our annual Thanksgiving Coat and Blanket Giveaway along with a full Thanksgiving turkey dinner.
Our outreach continues all throughout the year with our annual Christmas Toy Giveaway.

JOHN 3:16-18 - For God SO loved the world that He gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him may not die, but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to be its judge, but to be its Savior. THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN THE SON ARE NOT JUDGED; but those who do not believe have already been judged, because they have not believed in God's only Son ... all it takes is faith to enter THE NO JUDGEMENT ZONE!
Prayer is the foundation in which all effective ministry is built on. Every believer should have a personal daily prayer and devotion time Our leadership team is committed to a church filled with opportunity for prayer and worship in all types of intercession and individual prayer for the sick.
There is a weekly prayer gathering every Friday morning @ 9am and on Friday evening, every 2nd and 4th week in the evening beginning @ 6:30pm.
There is also a periodic worship gathering on the 4th Saturday of every month. Worship is the key to empowerment. Opening our mouth and vocalizing our praise and worship to God emboldens every believer in Chirst
2 Chronicles 7:14 invites us to pray and seek God's face. His promise to us that He will come and heal our land. In the book of Hebrews , St. Pauls us to come boldly to the throne of grace to obtain mercy in our time of need.
The City Kidz Truck visits neighborhoods all over the Greater Waterbury area and beyond, during the summer with face painting, popcorn, snowcones and giveaways. This outreach has been going on for the last decade and has reached hundreds of children at a very vulnerable age with the gospel of Jesus Christ!

Christ church is committed to preaching the full counsel of God. From the sermon on Sunday to the Wednesday night Bible Study, we open the Bible and explore all the word of God to everyone.
